Iyengar Yoga

The class, which has been held at the village hall since 2003, focuses on correct body alignment, flexibility and relaxation in a friendly and encouraging environment.

The class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners and new students are always welcome regardless of fitness level, age or shape.

Babyballet at Boston Spa Village Hall

 Award wining babyballet classes are held at Boston Spa Village Hall on a Wednesday and Saturday morning for children aged between 18 months and 3 years. By learning through play our fantastic teacher Miss Kirsty gives children the chance to dance in their own unique way, having fun and making friends along the way.

Pilates with Tracy Blakey

I’m Tracy and I have been teaching pilates for 20years, in Boston Spa village hall.

All classes are for people with a basic knowledge of pilates and I cater for intermediate to a more challenging level of Pilates!

I hope that in my classes I manage to share my love of Pilates and the benefits that it brings to all our lives, be it at a functional level or to complement other sports that you may take part in.

TinyBeats is a magnificent, musical wonderland which takes you and your baby and/or toddler on an imaginative, interactive journey every week!

White Tiger Karate Academy

White Tiger Karate Academy have classes on Tuesdays and Fridays every week 6pm till 7pm. Initially these classes will be for under 18s only due to government restrictions, hopefully adult participation will be able to resume after 17th May.

BOSTON BREAKAWAYS ART CLUB (BBAC)

We are a small, friendly group, meeting most Thursday evenings throughout the year, 7.30-9.30pm, in the Lantern Room at the Village Hall. Our members enjoy painting in a variety of media in a sociable setting, with varying degrees of success! Through the year we have several invited artists who give member-only workshops and demonstrations.
