Yoga with Donna Erodotou
Hello, I’m Donna and I teach beginner’s Ashtanga yoga on Tuesday mornings at the Village Hall from 9.30am & Thursdays evenings 7.30pm
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, breath focussed practice that is great at building strength and flexibility and therefore attracts equal amounts of men and women wishing to deal with the stresses of modern living or to enhance another activity i.e. running.
You will float out of class! I also teach Vinyasa Flow and gentle yoga. My main interests are studying women’s cycles, fertility and migraine and I continuously train in these areas. I am also studying for a BSc (hons) in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, am a massage therapist and Reiki healer.
